Cancellation Policy
Please pay attention to cancellation policy please
1. Booking & Non-Refundable Fees
- All appointments require a non refundable deposit of up to 50% of the service total to secure your time slot
- Deposits are applied toward your final balance at the end of your appointment
-If you cancel, reschedule outside the allowed window, or do not show up, the deposit is forfeited
-Deposits cannot be transferred to another date, person, or service unless approved by the stylist.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24-48 hours before their scheduled appointment
-Cancellations made after allowed window will result in the loss of the non- refundable deposit and may require a new deposit to rebook
- No call No shows clients/ will be charged up to 50-100 % of the scheduled service total and may be restricted from booking future appointments.
3. Late Arrivals
-10 to 15 minute grace period is provided
-Arrivals past the grace period may result in shortened services or cancellation of the appointment, and deposit will not be refunded.
-Excessive lateness may require full payment before future bookings
4. Photos & Videos (Media Content )
-By booking an appointment clients acknowledge and agree that photos and / or videos may be taken before during, and after service for professional use.
-Media may be used for marketing, portfolio displays, social media content, educational purposes, or promotional materials.
- All content is captured respectfully and aims to highlight the stylist work.
-If a client wishes to decline having their face shown, accommodations can be made upon request( hair-only shots, cropped angles, etc.)
5.Service Satisfaction
- Clients are encouraged to speak up during the service if adjustments are needed.
-Once service is complete , ALL SALES ARE FINAL, and no refunds are issued
-Minor adjustments may be offered within 24-48 hours depending on the service and the stylist discretion.
6.Health &Safety
-Clients must arrive with the required hair condition (clean, detangled, product-free based on my policy)
- If hair is not prepared as required, additional fees may apply or the appointment may need to be rescheduled, resulting in forfeited of deposit.
- Anyone feeling unwell must notify the stylist as soon as possible to discuss options.
7.Payment Terms
-Remaining balance are due at the end of appointment, before leaving the salon.
-Accepted payment beginning Jan 1,2026(Zelle , Chime, Cash, or pay through the app !!!!
- Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in automatic banning from future bookings.
